This class is suitable for children 2years+ and is a wonderful way to bond and have fun with your little ones! If you have ANY questions just get in touch...........babies and older siblings are welcome to join in (But I must be made aware of this upon booking).

About The Event
The classes have been designed with love, to encourage parents and infants to explore and engage with Yoga, fun and relaxation together.
During the 45min session (9:45 - 10:30) there is time for you to arrive and get yourselves settled before we explore; our session.
Dates: Saturday June 16th & 23rd. July 7th, 14th & 21st
This class is a safe place with no judgment just Yoga. Yes your toddler may wonder off for a walk around the room mid session, desiced they neeeeeeeeed a drink or snack, decide that jumping is the only thing their body is capable of hahahahah. These are all normal and totally acceptable, how we react to this will determine how you and they feel upon leaving the class.
Before you join me for your first class i will send you some info to read to help reasure you if you have any nerves…
