This class is suitable for children from 2.5 years+ and is a wonderful way to bond and have fun with your child. If you have ANY questions just get in touch...........babies and older siblings are welcome to join in (But I must be made aware of this upon booking).

About The Event
The classes have been designed with love, to encourage parents and children to explore and engage with Yoga and relaxation together through a fun story adventure. Set in the calming LIttle Lotus Baby Studio class sizes are small and intimate with only 3 or 4 children at a time with 1 parent joining them.
During the 45min session (9:30 - 10:15) there is time for you to arrive and get yourselves settled before we explore; our session.
Dates: SATURDAY JAN 19th, 26th & FEB 2nd & 9th
This class is a safe place with no judgment just Yoga. It is really important that you join in with the Yoga story alongside your child as this is part of the bonding expereience. You are welcome to bring your own Yoga Mat or to share one of mine.
