About The Event
The classes have been designed with love, to encourage parents and infants to explore and engage with Yoga, fun and relaxation together.
It is really important that toddlers and young children experience consistency and routine. So the structure of the class will be as listed below. The variable each week will be the story and/or Nursary Rhymes explored. IF YOUR CHILD HAS A FAVE NURSERY RHYME OR SHORT STORY LET ME KNOW SO I CAN INCORPORATE IT INTO A CLASS.
During the 20min session we will;
9:35 - Arrive
9:40 - 9:45 Intro song & breathing games
9:45 - 9:50 - Yoga Games
