The classes have been designed with love, to encourage parents and infants to explore and engage with Yoga, fun and relaxation together.

During the 45min session there is time for you to arrive and get yourselves settled before we explore; our session.

Many people are frightened of the Toddler age. Frightened to teach a class to this age group and/or frightened to take their toddler along to a class at this age. Before you attend any toddler class take the pressure off both of you by reminding yourself that #lovenotcontrol will help you.

Thiis class is a safe place with no judgment just Yoga. Yes your toddler may wonder off for a walk around the room mid session, desiced they neeeeeeeeed a drink or snack, decide that jumping is the only thing their body is capable of hahahahah.
