£10 North Devon Hospice Signing Bowls
Get comfy in a chair or on a mat and enjoy a beautiful sound journey played live for you using crystal singing bowls.
The harmonic tones invite the mind and body to enter into a state of relaxation. For some this is a deeply restorative experience that can help to calm the nervouse system. Meaning that you leave feeling much lighter than when you arrived.
WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING?
Wear comfy clothes that you will be warm in.
You can bring all/some of the following to help you feel comfy.....
- blanket
- yoga mat
- cushion/pillow
- eye mask
- deckchair
- drink of water
These are just some ideas, I am sure there will be other items that you might want to bring along with you. I will have some yoga mats, blankets and a couple of chairs for those that forget their own.
This is a pay what you can donation event for NORTH DEVON HOSPICE. The guide price is £10, if you can't afford that please donate what you can and if you can give more go for it.
ABOUT YOUR HOST
Hi! I'm Colette and I will be playing and guiding you through the sound journey. I am hosting this event as a gift to the NHS & Hospice nurses and as a way to raise money for the amazing North Devon Hospice.
This time last year NORTH DEVON HOSPICE were a beacon of light as we cared for my mum during her last days. The nurses not only helped my Mum, they helped us all to feel safe, to prepare for next stages, to not feel alone and to guide us in ways to help care for my gorgeous Mum.
If you are a volunteer or nurse for North Devon Hospice or part of the NHS cancer team please do come along and enjoy some rest and relaxation - get in touch with me as I have something special for you.
