The Spirit of Summer A6 Yoga Cards & Digital Booklet (UK Postage)
This A6 10 Card Yoga deck and digital booklet are all about helping children (and ourselves) to connect to ourselves, to others and nature around us.
With the theme of Summer we are celebrating the mesmerising Sun, coming into our full strength, feeling energised, hopeful, balanced – ready to explore but equally ready to pause, to lay and enjoy the sun.
The yoga cards and digital booklet will guide you through this all whilst opening up your chakras and energising your body in the most fun and gentle way.
Each card features;
Art work, the Sanskrit name of the posture being explored, the name of the chakra point the asana activates (or the spiritual reason I have included the asana) and a unique message from each asana.
The reverse of the cards feature the story, chakra details and guidance on how to explore the asana.
Summer is the perfect time to leave behind old belief systems or limiting self talk and to step into the brilliance of our full potential. How marvellous to do this with children, to help them shed any limiting beliefs and to see how truly glorious they are. We have infinite wisdom with in each and every one of us and these cards aim to draw out the yoga guru in all of us.
With this in mind there may be some asanas that you want to really focus on and explore not only through physical movement but also through discussion and creative expression.
